Mini Franki pile is a high quality triangular pre-cast pile, cast in 3m and
6m sections, jointed by means of welding together section end plates. The piles
are cast in two sizes, the MF28 with 280mm sides & the MF32 with 320mm sides, and
are driven by drop hammers with minimum weights of 1,5t and 2.0t. The nominal safe
working loads of these piles are 25t. for the MF28 & 40t. for MF32.
Franki maintains full quality control over the casting and installation of this pile
type by:
- Designing and manufacturing all driving rigs.
- Designing, installing, and continuously updating the 'in-house' casting yard
facilities, both in Jakarta and Surabaya.
- Controlling all aspects of the design, manufacture, and installation.
