Mini-FRANKI Piles
Mini Franki pile is a high quality triangular and square pre-cast pile, cast in 3m and 6m sections, jointed by means of welding together section end plates.
The piles are cast in three sizes, the triangular MF28 and MF32 with 280mm sides and 320mm sides respectively and the square PF25 with 250mm sides. They are driven by drop hammers with minimum weights of 1.5t and 2.0t. The nominal safe working loads of these piles are 25t for MF28, 40t for MF32 and 50t for PF25.
Franki maintain full quality control over the casting and installation of this pile type by:
- Designing and manufacturing all driving rigs
- Designing, installing and continuously updating the 'in-house' casting yard facilities both in Jakarta and Surabaya
- Controlling all aspects of the design, manufacture and installation
